Can I buy this system and then all of my building risk assessments are done?
No. All hazards have to be assessed for specific areas and tasks. The system provides good templates which is a great start and saves lots of time.
I am stuck doing a building risk assessment and need some advice from a Health and Safety trained advisor can you provide this?
Yes. We will provide this service as part of the system package. We also provide live online support and telephone support during office hours.
If I wanted to purchase the system and then wanted someone to put our risk assessments on the system can you provide this?
Our Safety advisors would be able to take on additional consultancy that you require. Additional consultancy would be chargeable. Costs can be provided as required.
What do I do if an assessment is not on the system?
You can request an additional assessment to be written by us. You only have to adapt it to your specific hazards and adopt it.
Do I have to review risk assessments?
YES, risk assessments have to be reviewed after an accident/incident, any change to the task, surroundings, products etc and should be reviewed every 12 months. While this is not a legal requirement, it is highly regarded as best practice within the industry and will serve to keep you up to date and compliant. We have included a traffic light system to help you manage this, after 9 months the light goes amber and an email is sent to you, after 12 months the light goes to red and another email is generated to you.
If I wanted to purchase the system and then wanted someone to put our risk assessments on the system can you provide this service?
The School Risk Assessment team can provide an additional data entry service on request. Costs can be provided as required.
Can the School Risk Assessment team offer additional safety advice and guidance?
Our safety advisors would be able to take on the additional consultancy that you require. Additional consultancy would be chargeable and all costs can be provide as required.
